Well, my last boss (my manager) was extremely biased and I was not given any opportunities at that time when I was working under her. She would overwork me if I countered any of her points during the meeting. She would give a bad rating during the appraisal time. Things got so bad that I thought of quitting the company, but then, the project we were working on ended.
