Being a Java fanatic, I can tell you this that Java is not going anywhere for the next 10 years, the reason - the huge ecosystem it has. Java is being updated with better features now every six months. Java has implemented SOME functional programming features as well since Java 8. Not gonna lie, Java is difficult to learn, but once you do, you can create enterprise-ready web applications in a matter of minutes. This is the reason why enterprises prefer their applications created with Java.
I have worked with Java, Python, C, C#, PHP, JavaScript, Typescript and even COBOL. I can't even compare with whatever you've mentioned for languages under ML.
I truly loved reading this article. I have to appreciate the amount of time you must have taken for writing this piece.
