Reading your article reflected upon my life as a programmer as well. I have been told this indirectly - "Vivek, you are so careless".

This happened when I pushed a code nd didn't test for a specific requirement and coincidently the QA team didn't write test cases for it. I was assigned the task late and I didn't know about the missed requirement.

The guilt just eats you up. I can truly relate.
