I whole heartedly echo the same sentiment. If you are working on something you are passionate for, you need to give your 100%. If you are not getting the recognition or not loving the work you do, then you must try to find something else somewhere else, instead of complaining. I know this might not be easy for most of us, but unless we try, we wouldn't know.
