I have been struggling to get up in the morning for some time now. Whenever I plan to wake up by 6am, I do that for 2 or 3 days and then I switch back to my old habits.
However, I have been reading this book, Atomic Habits, and it has helped me to adjust my daily rituals.
I loved this piece as I was able to relate to it. Thank you for sharing.
